*Child will not be added unless all information is received. All submissions are time stamped and accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Students MUST be 4 years of age by September 15th, 2024 to attend preschool for the 2024-2025 school year.

Any information received prior to November 10th will not be accepted.
